Interim finance, systems and project leadership through my own consultancy, including the ERP implementations, upgrades and optimisation engagements below. Lead implementations end to end: requirements, functional specs, process mapping, interfaces, data, reporting and training, as a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
SAP and Finance expertise for a Fit-Gap Readiness exercise ahead of a major SAP upgrade — present in every user meeting to translate between SAP and the client, build internal skills and confidence, and manage the P2P, P2O and Master Data Management workstreams.
P2P process and system enhancements as part of a wider SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Ariba transformation. Designed, built and deployed SAP Ariba integrated with S/4HANA, owned Ariba Guided Buying, and delivered training to 6,500 staff.
Led a workstream on a NetSuite deployment supporting operational transformation in a multi-entity environment, aligning configuration and processes with business objectives alongside internal stakeholders and external partners.
Reviewed and optimised NetSuite processes to meet evolving organisational requirements, maintaining and enhancing workflows and reporting structures with the Shared Service Team.
Restarted a stalled NetSuite project, finalising the Business Requirements Document and leading delivery with implementation partner Eureka, ensuring the solution was fully tested and aligned to NetSuite best practice.
Provided in-house NetSuite expertise, strengthening controls, roles and responsibilities following a flawed prior implementation, working in tandem with NetSuite ACS to drive major improvements.
Supported implementation of full NetSuite P2P, O2C, R2R and Fixed Asset Management modules, plus BACS integration via Bottomline PT-X.
Directed design and implementation of NetSuite ERP and Expensify for a multi-currency, multi-entity organisation, owning UAT, interfaces and data migration to a 1 January go-live.
ERP and finance project and systems roles across government, logistics, care and commercial environments, including Infor CloudSuite and Infor CSB implementations.
