I worked with John to replace a 30-yr old finance and purchasing system with SAP at the London Fire Brigade. John joined us as we started our NetSuite implementation in March 2020. He empowered us to make the right decisions in setting the system up. We went live as planned on 1st August 2020 — done completely virtually, in no small part down to John, whose depth of knowledge of NetSuite and ability to learn about Brunel on the fly is incredible. I would wholly recommend John for any implementation. He worked tirelessly and calmly to get us the product we needed, often by simply asking us the right questions. I know our implementation would not have gone as smoothly, nor have been completed on time, without him.
